Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Marketing Manager to oversee lead management, client coordination, and overall sales operations for plant and machinery business. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing the marketing team, and ensuring excellent client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with leads related to plant and machinery inquiries
- Arrange and coordinate factory visits for prospective clients
- Monitor and manage the performance of the marketing team
- Provide real-time quotations to clients as per requirements
- Train and guide new marketing staff
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Oversee overall sales and marketing operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in marketing/sales (preferably in machinery or manufacturing industry)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage team and handle multiple tasks
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
