Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Manager (Zoho Ecosystem Expert)

Company Overview

We are a fast-growing B2C Chennai based trading company importing bearings looking for a hands-on, data-driven Marketing Manager who will own the entire customer acquisition, engagement, and retention funnel using the complete Zoho marketing stack. This is a strategic yet execution-heavy role perfect for someone who loves building scalable systems inside Zoho One.

Role Overview

As Marketing Manager, you will plan, execute, optimize, and report on all marketing activities end-to-end using only Zoho tools. You will be the in-house Zoho marketing power user and the go-to expert for the entire Zoho marketing suite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute full-funnel marketing strategies (Awareness Consideration Conversion Retention Advocacy) exclusively on the Zoho ecosystem.
  • Build, manage, and continuously optimize multi-channel automated journeys in Zoho Marketing Automation (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, social, webinars).
  • Create high-converting landing pages and lead magnets using Zoho LandingPage and Zoho Forms.
  • Run email & SMS campaigns, drip sequences, re-engagement flows, and lifecycle marketing with Zoho Campaigns.
  • Manage and grow all social media channels (organic + paid) via Zoho Social scheduling, monitoring, engagement, and reporting.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize the online store (if applicable) using Zoho Commerce including abandoned-cart recovery and product recommendation campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B tests, heat maps, session recordings, funnels, and personalization campaigns with Zoho PageSense to improve conversion rates.
  • Set up and manage live chat + chatbots (Zobot) on the website using Zoho SalesIQ for real-time lead qualification and support-to-sales handoff.
  • Build customer feedback loops, NPS, and market research surveys using Zoho Survey and Zoho Forms.
  • Create and manage customer loyalty, referral, and affiliate programs with Zoho Thrive.
  • Organize webinars, virtual events, and hybrid conferences end-to-end with Zoho Backstage.
  • Maintain consistent local presence and review management across Google and directories using Zoho Publish.
  • Build executive-level dashboards and marketing ROI reports in Zoho Analytics (blending data from all Zoho apps + Google Analytics, Meta, etc.).
  • Own the entire Zoho One marketing configuration: workflows, custom fields, tags, lead scoring, attribution models, and integrations.
  • Train and guide junior team members on Zoho best practices.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

Must-have (non-negotiable):

  • 37 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Advanced, daily-user expertise in ALL of the following Zoho apps:
    • Zoho Marketing Automation (journey builder, lead scoring, ROI tracking)
    • Zoho Campaigns
    • Zoho LandingPage
    • Zoho Social
    • Zoho PageSense (A/B testing, heatmaps, personalization)
    • Zoho SalesIQ (chatbots, live chat, mobilogi)
    • Zoho Analytics (custom dashboards, blended data)
    • Zoho Forms & Zoho Survey
    • Zoho Commerce (if e-commerce applies)
    • Zoho Thrive (loyalty & affiliates)
    • Zoho Backstage (events)
    • Zoho Publish (local listings & reviews)
    • Zoho One administration (user roles, workflows, Zoho Flow)
  • Proven track record of building and scaling marketing funnels that delivered measurable revenue growth using only Zoho tools.
  • Deep understanding of marketing attribution, lead scoring models, and customer journey mapping inside Zoho.
  • Strong analytical skills you live in Zoho Analytics dashboards and can translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent copywriting and visual design sense (or ability to direct designers).

Nice-to-have:

  • Zoho certifications (Marketing Automation, Campaigns, Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience migrating from HubSpot/Marketo/ActiveCampaign to Zoho
  • Agency background managing multiple clients on Zoho One
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM, Zoho Flow, and Zia AI
