Marketing Manager

UMA RUBBER AND PLASTIC PRODUCT is a rubber and polymer product manufacturing company incorporated in 1991. We specialize in custom-engineered rubber, silicone, and industrial bonding solutions for OEM and industrial clients.

We are looking for a process-driven and data-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our B2B demand generation function. The candidate will be responsible for building structured lead pipelines, managing digital and outbound marketing initiatives, supporting sales enablement, and strengthening brand positioning across industrial segments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with sales targets and industry segments.

Plan and manage digital marketing initiatives including website optimization, SEO, LinkedIn campaigns, IndiaMART management, email marketing, and online lead platforms.

Generate qualified leads (SQL-ready) for the sales team through structured marketing funnels.

Establish and maintain CRM discipline for lead tracking, reporting, and marketing analytics.

Design and implement lead qualification frameworks before transferring opportunities to sales.

Collaborate with Sales, Technical, and Production teams to ensure alignment on customer requirements and messaging.

Track campaign performance, cost-per-lead, and lead-to-conversion ratios.

Monitor competitor activities, digital presence, industry positioning, and branding strategies.

Manage company marketing collateral including brochures, product datasheets, presentations, and exhibition materials.

Coordinate participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industrial networking events.

Build and maintain company brand presence across digital and offline industrial channels.

Ensure data security compliance and structured access control within CRM systems.

Submit weekly and monthly marketing performance reports to management.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Minimum Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related industrial discipline.

MBA in Marketing or Industrial Management preferred.

48 years of experience in B2B industrial marketing (preferably in rubber, polymer, adhesives, or engineering products).

Strong understanding of industrial buyer behavior and OEM procurement cycles.

Proven experience in digital lead generation, SEO, LinkedIn B2B campaigns, and online lead platforms.

Experience managing CRM systems and marketing analytics dashboards.

Ability to define structured lead qualification criteria (MQL to SQL framework).

Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capability.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Fluency in English and Hindi; regional language proficiency is a plus

Selection Criteria for Marketing Manager

Salary: 40,000 75,000 per month + Performance Incentives

(Negotiable for exceptional candidates)

Education:

BBA/MBA in Marketing, Industrial Management, or relevant engineering discipline.

Work Experience:

48 years in B2B industrial marketing

Experience in digital demand generation and CRM-driven funnel management
