What would you be doing

  • Script Generation at Volume: This is the core of the role. You'll be responsible for producing a high volume of ad scripts every week. Scripts need to be on-brand, culturally relevant, trend-aware, and built to perform on Instagram and YouTube. Speed and quality aren't a tradeoff here - both are non-negotiable. If you've never operated at this kind of volume before, this role will teach you what creative velocity actually means.
  • AI-Powered Creative Production: You'll use AI tools end-to-end to go from script to final video - including voiceover, avatar generation, captions, and editing. We're not looking for someone who's just curious about AI; we want someone who already lives in these tools. Experience with platforms like HeyGen, Higgsfield, Kling, ElevenLabs, Runway, CapCut, or similar is a strong signal. Hands-on output matters more than theoretical familiarity.
  • Data-Backed Creative Thinking: Great creative instinct is only half the job. You'll work closely with the performance marketing team to read dashboards, identify what's working, and translate signals into sharper creative decisions. When something underperforms, your first move is to look at the data - not your gut. This means designing structured experiments (hooks, CTAs, visual styles), tracking results, and iterating with intent.
  • Research & Trend Intelligence: You'll lead primary research (customer interviews, surveys) and secondary research (competitor ad libraries, cultural trends) to stay ahead of what resonates with our Tier 2/3 audience. You spot what's about to trend before it does - and you move fast enough to use it.

What makes you a suitable candidate

  • Recent grad or final year student - background matters less than output
  • Demonstrated interest in the creative field - a portfolio, side project, or body of work that shows you've been doing this on your own
  • Hands-on experience with AI video/creative tools (HeyGen, Higgsfield, Kling, ElevenLabs, Runway, CapCut AI, or similar) would be a massive plus
  • Native fluency in internet culture - you know what's trending before it trends
  • Comfortable with data - can read a performance dashboard and act on it
  • High ownership and accountability - you don't wait to be told twice, and you take the outcome personally
  • Previous experience with content creation is a massive plus
