Job Description

  • Drive end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives across APAC markets.
  • Plan and manage events, conferences, exhibitions, and leadership programs from concept to execution.
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners for logistics, production, and on-ground delivery.
  • Support the APAC Marketing Head in implementing regional marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop marketing content, presentations, and collaterals aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage event calendars, budgets, and timelines, ensuring seamless execution and maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with in-house design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality output.
  • Handle on-site execution of events, ensuring smooth coordination and stakeholder experience.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to bring in fresh ideas and innovative approaches to marketing activities.

The Successful Applicant


  • 8-10 years of marketing experience in PR agencies, professional services, financial services, acturial services, banking, event management firms.
  • Strong experience in on-ground, execution-heavy marketing roles.
  • Proven track record in managing events, conferences, and multi-market campaigns.
  • Excellent vendor, stakeholder, and project management skills.
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in unstructured environments.
  • Strong learning mindset and curiosity to explore new domains.
  • Good sense of content, communication, and brand positioning.
  • Comfortable working across geographies and cross-functional teams.
