Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Business Marketing, you will develop and execute integrated marketing programs, with a primary focus on US field marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies. Your work will directly support sales teams in building strong relationships with key accounts and winning strategic opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program to support strategic deal progression.
- Independently manage and execute marketing plans for specific ABM accounts.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, including CXOs, US sales teams, service delivery teams, and external partners.
- Develop thought leadership content, case studies, videos, press releases, internal communications, and solution collaterals.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, PR, and design teams to craft messaging for regional campaigns.
- Drive multi-channel marketing activitieswebinars, partner programs, digital campaignsto generate leads and opportunities.
- Manage analyst and advisory relations to improve brand visibility in the US market.
- Organize and manage US client and industry events, including budgets, vendor sourcing, and logistics.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of US field marketing experience in a B2B IT or technology environment.
- Proven ability to execute virtual and in-person events remotely.
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated success working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of IT B2B software market, cultural nuances, and industry trends.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Adobe Marketing tools.
