Role Overview
Adobe's Student Engagement Marketing team exists to encourage the long-term use of Adobe's tools with students and universities, with a particular focus on embedding Adobe Firefly and AI-powered workflows into the everyday practices of video and design students.
We'relooking for a highly creative Marketing Specialist to build, manage and energise our student evangelist presence across key design and film schools intheIndia. This person willidentify, grow, and nurture a passionate group of design & video students at some of the most prestigious universities in the country to champion Adobe's brand and tools, and build usage of our latest technology with their peer groups.
This role is suited to someone immersed in creative culture, with a deep understanding of the motivations and challenges of design and video students.It'sa highlyhands‑onrole -you'llspend real time with students, listening, advising, andbeing present in their creative world!
WhatYou'llDo
Student Advocacy & Campus Marketing
.Own the day-to-day execution of theIndiastudent evangelist marketing program, managing a cohort of100students across priority institutions.
.Build trusted 1:1relationshipswith student evangelists, serving as their point of contact and mentor at Adobe.You'llbe the person they trust and come to for honest feedback - supporting their growth into confident campus voices!
.Help evangelists confidently represent Adobe in their own way on campus, ensuring they understand our tools, positioning, and expectations, while empowering them to engage peers authentically.
.Drive measurable adoption of creative and AI toolsthroughevangelist‑ledactivity and campus marketing moments, using engagement and usage insights to continuously refine programming.
Enablement & Programming
.Develop and deliver training, enablement and opportunities that enable student evangelists to confidently use and promote Adobe tools within real projects and student workflows.
.Support evangelists in planning and delivering activations,workshops, and content that introduce Adobe tools to new student audiences.
.Curate exclusive programming and benefits, reinforcing the value of the role, and supporting skill development and industry access.
Content, Insight & Student Voice
.Guide and elevatestudent‑ledcontent and experiences, ensuring output is culturally relevant, on-brand, and aligned to Adobe's product vision.
.Set andmaintainthecultural feel of the program, creating insider spaces (e.g.Discord or private socials) that spark participation, ownership, and ongoing creative momentum.
.Actively gather insight from students, capturing sentiment, product feedback, and emerging needs to inform wider Adobe marketing and product teams.
Collaboration & External Relationships
.Work closely with universities, faculty, and internal partnersto unlock campus opportunities, and enable deeper creative andindustry‑connectedexperiences.
.Partner with Events, Education Sales, and global counterpartsto ensure community activity complements larger campaigns and priorities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
.Highly interpersonal, with the confidence, warmth, and social energy to build trust quickly and sustain close 1:1relationships.
.Enjoys being actively immersed in student life - working directly with students and building relationships throughhands‑oninteraction.
.Has an understanding ofyouth culture, creative subcultures, and trends.
.Brings a thoughtful, credible point of view on AI in the creativeindustry, andcan converse with both enthusiastic and sceptical audiences in an authentic way.
.Energised byfast‑paced, evolving environments, keeping pace with rapid change across creative tools, workflows, and AI innovation.
.Combinesstrong communicationand organisational skills, able to translate ideas into clear plans, execution, and measurement.
Preferred Qualifications
.4+ years of experience in youth marketing or ambassador programs within the creative, video, or film industries.
.Experiencefacilitatingworkshops,peer‑to‑peerlearning, orstudent‑ledevents.
.Experience studying graphic design, creativemediaor film.
.Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop and Premiere.
