About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing, communications, and stakeholder engagement efforts for IMC and associated events. This role requires someone who can think strategically, manage multiple workstreams, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive strong brand visibility across digital, PR, partnerships, and event marketing.

The ideal candidate should have experience working on large-scale B2B events, exhibitions, conferences, technology platforms, or industry-led initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall marketing strategy and planning for IMC and associated events
  • Manage Media outreach, press releases, and communication plans
  • Coordinate with internal teams and agencies
  • Oversee website, media campaigns, and digital performance
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, email, paid media, WhatsApp, and partner platforms
  • Manage on-ground marketing, including branding, signage, activations, collateral, and venue visibility
  • Support roadshows, launches, partner events, and international promotions
  • Develop marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, newsletters, videos, and social media content
  • Track campaign performance, audience growth, lead generation, and brand visibility

Candidate Profile:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, communications, PR, or event marketing
  • Prior experience in exhibitions, conferences, B2B events, technology, telecom, media, or large-scale industry platforms is preferred
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, content, digital marketing, and campaign planning
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in working with agencies, media partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Experience with website management, CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools
  • Strong writing, presentation, and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Familiarity with AI tools, marketing automation, website CMS platforms, SEO, Google Analytics, and media campaigns
