About the Role:
We re looking for a hands-on, strategic Marketing Manager with a proven ability to generate 500+ qualified leads/month through integrated campaigns. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in EdTech or IT training, be process-oriented , and bring a builder s mindset to scale campaigns, tools, and teams. You ll work in a high-impact, startup-style environment with autonomy, ownership, and direct influence on growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Campaign Management
- Own monthly lead generation targets via inbound and outbound channels.
- Build full-funnel campaign strategies using SEO, SEM, email, paid ads, events, and webinars.
- Optimize campaigns through segmentation, A/B testing, retargeting, and remarketing.
2. Digital Marketing Execution
- Plan and manage high-performing campaigns across:
- Email Marketing : Workflows, nurture journeys, newsletters via ActiveCampaign/Mailchimp .
- Paid Media : Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads.
- Social Media : Organic and sponsored content across key platforms.
- Retargeting/Remarketing : Drive conversions from warm audiences and drop-offs.
3. Event & Webinar Marketing
- Promote live and on-demand webinars, masterclasses, and skilling events.
- Maximize registrations and attendance through campaign orchestration and follow-up automation.
4. Agency & Martech Ownership
- Manage digital agencies for ad campaigns, SEO, and lead-gen performance.
- Recommend and implement best-in-class marketing tools for automation, analytics, and CRM integration.
- Stay ahead of martech trends and optimize tech stack for scalability.
5. Team Building & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Build and lead a small, high-performing marketing team in Noida.
- Align with sales, product, SEO, and training teams to ensure campaign success.
- Create SOPs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for marketing operations.
6. Market Understanding & Messaging
- Understand Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, and related certification ecosystems.
- Tailor content and messaging to buyer personas: IT professionals, L&D leaders, and team managers.
7. Performance Analytics & Reporting
- Track daily/weekly campaign metrics using tools like GA4, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, and ad platforms.
- Present actionable insights and campaign ROI to leadership.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of B2C/B2B marketing experience, ideally in EdTech or IT training.
- Strong command over inbound and outbound lead generation channels.
- Track record of achieving 500+ MQLs/month through integrated campaigns.
- Experience managing marketing agencies and bringing new tools into the marketing stack.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Active Campaign/Mailchimp for email marketing automation
- Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager (paid media)
- Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager (analytics)
- Strong team management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a startup-style culture fast-paced, agile, and ownership-driven.
- Bachelors in Marketing or related field. MBA preferred.
