What you'll do

• Own regional marketing strategy for India & Bangladesh
• Drive locally relevant campaigns (online + offline) to support activation, engagement and retention
• Plan and execute offline events (campus, meetups, partnerships)
• Manage regional social media strategy and content calendar
• Identify trends and launch market-specific initiatives

What you'll need

• 3-5 years experience in Web2 or Web3 marketing
• Strong execution background in fintech, crypto, or tech
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills
• Experience leading regional campaigns end-to-end
• Strong understanding of local internet culture in India/Bangladesh
