Roles and Responsibilities.

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Organization: ILABZ Diagnostic Center

Location: Puducherry

Role Overview:

ILABZ is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Manager to expand our network and drive business growth. The primary focus of this role is to establish and strengthen partnerships with corporates, clinics, and doctors in and around Puducherry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard corporate clients for diagnostic services (health check-ups, camps, employee wellness programs)

- Build strong relationships with clinics, hospitals, and individual doctors for referral tie-ups

- Plan and execute outreach activities, including health camps, awareness programs, and corporate presentations

- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential partners and ensure consistent follow-ups

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services for partnered clients

- Track and report marketing performance, tie-ups, and revenue generated

- Represent ILABZ at networking events, medical associations, and local business forums

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

- 25 years of experience in healthcare marketing, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical marketing preferred

- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills

- Good understanding of the local Puducherry healthcare ecosystem

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in organizing health camps and corporate wellness programs

- Existing network with doctors, clinics, or corporate HR teams is an added advantage

- Basic knowledge of diagnostic services and laboratory operations

  • Proven Communication and Interpersonal Skills for Team Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Ability to lead projects, manage budgets, and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
  • Familiarity with the healthcare or diagnostics industry is a plus
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing software)
