Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement annual and project-specific marketing plans.
- Position brands and projects effectively against competitors.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI optimization.
Hospitality Marketing:
- Drive room bookings, banquet sales, F&B promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate with operations and revenue management for pricing and promotions.
- Manage OTA campaigns, website content, and online reputation.
- Plan promotional events, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
Real Estate Marketing:
- Execute launch campaigns for residential and commercial projects.
- Generate qualified leads via digital and offline channels.
- Coordinate site branding, brochures, hoardings, walk-throughs, and model flats.
- Liaise with brokers, channel partners, and sales teams.
Digital & Performance Marketing:
- Oversee digital campaigns: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, portals, SEO, SEM.
- Manage website, CRM integrations, landing pages, and lead funnels.
- Track campaign performance and optimize CPL, CAC, and conversion rates.
Branding & Communication:
- Maintain brand guidelines across marketing collateral.
- Develop creatives, brochures, videos, presentations, and PR content.
- Coordinate with advertising, digital, and PR agencies.
Market Research & Analytics:
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
- Track KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and present insights to management.
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and market trends.
