We're seeking a motivated and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across digital and field channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong interest in the equine feed and supplement industry, even if they do not have prior experience in the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our equine feed and supplement range.
• Manage brand positioning, product messaging, and customer outreach programs.
• Oversee content creation for digital platforms, print media, trade shows, and social campaigns.
• Build relationships with veterinarians, trainers, breeders, and influencers in the equine community.
• Analyse market trends and customer insights to refine campaigns and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Animal Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in animal nutrition.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to lead campaigns from concept to execution.
• A genuine interest in the animal feed and supplement industry is essential; equine experience is a bonus
