Role Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager who understands both traditional marketing fundamentals and modern AI-powered content creation. This role will focus on building our brand presence, improving client communication, and generating high-quality content efficiently using AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for B2B and B2C segments
- Create high-quality content for social media, website, email campaigns, and product catalogs using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.)
- Manage and grow our digital presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, website)
- Work closely with the sales and product team to translate technical product features into compelling marketing content
- Oversee branding, packaging communication, and product storytelling
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize using data-driven insights
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, and internal teams
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing (cosmetics, FMCG, or related industry preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with AI tools for content generation and marketing automation
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, social media, email marketing)
- Ability to simplify technical product details into clear, persuasive messaging
- Self-driven, creative, and execution-focused
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in international market communication
- Familiarity with product photography, reels, or short-form video creation
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc)
