We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead brand building, demand generation, and on-ground marketing initiatives.
This role will be responsible for driving awareness, generating leads, supporting sales, and building a strong market presence across digital and physical channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Positioning- Define and drive brand positioning, messaging, and visual consistency across all channels
- Develop marketing materials including presentations, brochures, proposals, and sales collaterals
- Ensure consistent brand identity across digital, on-ground, and partner channels
Demand Generation & Campaigns- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and on-ground channels
- Drive lead generation initiatives aligned with sales targets and market expansion plans
- Manage campaigns across social media, performance marketing, and partnerships
- Track campaign performance and optimize based on outcomes
Digital Marketing & Content- Manage social media presence and content strategy
- Oversee website updates, landing pages, and digital assets
- Create and manage content including posts, case studies, videos, and ad creatives
- Work with designers and agencies to produce high-quality marketing content
Sales & Business Support- Work closely with sales teams to support pitches, proposals, and client engagement
- Develop location-specific marketing materials and network expansion collaterals
- Support key client campaigns and brand activations
On-Ground & Field Marketing- Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities, events, and brand activations
- Support launches, partnerships, and local market promotions
- Coordinate with operations and field teams for execution
Analytics & Reporting- Track and report marketing performance (leads, conversions, campaign ROI)
- Maintain dashboards and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Required Skills & Experience- Proven experience in marketing, growth, or brand roles
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content, and campaign execution
- Ability to manage both strategic planning and hands-on execution
- Experience working with designers, agencies, and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Data-driven mindset with ability to track and optimize performance
