Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can move beyond execution-only marketing and take true ownership of growth.

This role combines digital growth, product marketing, lifecycle engagement, and market expansion for a global B2B2C SaaS platform. You will drive initiatives that increase user adoption, customer engagement, and VMock's presence across India and global markets, including entry into new international markets with diverse linguistic and cultural landscapes.

You will work closely with Sales, Client Success, Product, Design, and Leadership teams, along with a Marketing Analyst, to translate business priorities into measurable marketing outcomes.

This is a hands-on builder role for someone comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with limited structure and high accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Growth & Demand Generation

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to grow VMock's user and customer base across markets
  • Design and run campaigns across channels (email, content, targeted outreach, partnerships, etc.)
  • Drive initiatives to increase product awareness, engagement, and adoption among institutional buyers and end users
  • Plan and execute experiments to identify high-impact growth levers
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data

Lifecycle Engagement & Adoption

  • Build segmentation, nurture flows, and lifecycle communication programs
  • Support activation, engagement, retention, and upsell enablement for existing clients
  • Analyze user behavior and engagement patterns to improve outcomes
  • Partner with Client Success teams to strengthen institutional adoption and usage

Product Marketing & Sales Enablement

  • Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for different audiences
  • Develop marketing collateral including brochures, one-pagers, case studies, presentations, and conference materials
  • Support Sales teams with targeted messaging for pitches, proposals, and client conversations
  • Maintain consistent product positioning across markets and segments

Market Presence & Expansion

  • Contribute to strategies that increase VMock's visibility in India and global markets
  • Support initiatives targeting new language regions and market segments
  • Assist with campaigns, conferences, partnerships, and targeted outreach efforts
  • Adapt messaging for B2B institutional stakeholders and B2C end users

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Client Success, Product, Design, and leadership teams
  • Work with a Marketing Analyst to execute initiatives efficiently
  • Translate business needs into actionable marketing plans
  • Drive projects end-to-end with minimal supervision

Candidate Profile

Education

MBA from a Tier-1institute in India or a reputed university abroad preferred

Experience (Must-Have)

  • 3+ years of post-MBA experience in a SaaS or product-based organization
  • Proven experience in digital marketing strategy and hands-on execution
  • Demonstrated ability to grow a user or customer base through engagement, lifecycle programs, or demand generation
  • Experience managing initiatives end-to-end from concept to execution
  • Exposure to B2B, B2C, or B2B2C business models

Preferred Experience

  • Product marketing for technology or SaaS products
  • Global or multi-market exposure
  • Experience supporting sales enablement and institutional clients
  • Exposure to AI, EdTech, HRTech, or enterprise platforms
