We have enabled 250,000+ students to get the best deals on $ 4+ Billion of loan requests and facilitated disbursements of more than $ 450+ Million in loans. We enable 50+ universities across US, Europe, Canada to develop their brand in India, attract the right students to apply and enroll for their Graduate programs. It has commenced a new business line of marketing, enrolling and managing the Online Programs for its university partners.

Founded in 2019, GradRight has offices across Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Delhi and Washington DC. GradRight's team possesses extensive domestic and international experience in the launch and scale-up of premier higher education institutions like Ashoka, Krea and Plaksha University. It is led by alumni of IIT Delhi, ISB Hyderabad and BITS Pilani and University of Pennsylvania. GradRight is also the winner of the HSBC Fintech Innovation Challenge supported by the Ministry of Electronics & IT, Government of India.

Core Responsibilities:

Strategic marketing:

  1. Conceptualise and execute corporate brand development campaigns in different formats including events, webinars, conferences, new hybrid (online+offline) properties for different stakeholders like students and partner institutions.
  2. Build a nuanced understanding of student-customers to inform the brand and marketing strategies
  3. Build new marketing channels to build brand awareness and catalyze customer acquisition

Social Media Marketing:

  1. Conceptualise and execute social media campaigns that are aligned to the larger brand strategy
  2. Nurture the GradRight's student-community network with value driven content and engagements in collaboration with influencers
  3. Identify and onboard new influencers in collaboration with Community Managers

Cross-functional/product level marketing:

  1. Anchor the marketing activities at a product level
  2. Craft and execute innovative campaigns that improves the brand development efforts for our partner universities on the product
  3. Craft and execute campaigns that enables partner lenders to build their brand on the product
  4. Support the Corporate PR efforts by engaging with media and audiences on public forums/events/conferences

Qualifications: BBA/MBA from a Tier Business School

If you are self-taught and if your experience demonstrates your proficiency and skills required for this role, then the qualifications will not be a barrier

Skills and Experience:

  1. 4-5 years of experience in marketing/outreach in higher-education/ed-tech sector
  2. Experience in early-stage/growth-stage start-ups in the education sector will be preferred
  3. Skilled in understanding of fundamentals of marketing, branding, design and communication, marketing channels
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to think creatively
  6. Skilled in managing projects/execution

Location: Gurugram
