A fast-growing talent acceleration platform in the Education & Hospitality Tech sector, we bridge skill gaps for career-driven professionals through industry-aligned, immersive learning experiences. We're expanding our marketing engine to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention across India's hospitality ecosystem—from luxury hotels to boutique chains and culinary institutes. This is a high-impact role for a data-driven, creative marketer ready to scale growth in a dynamic, mission-led environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, events) to position Career Bloc as the go-to upskilling partner for hospitality professionals.
- Lead demand generation via SEO/SEM, LinkedIn Ads, and performance marketing, aligning with sales targets and conversion KPIs.
- Build and manage content calendars, crafting compelling messaging for landing pages, blogs, webinars, and case studies centered on hospitality career outcomes.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to refine value propositions, create sales enablement kits, and track campaign ROI.
- Own marketing analytics — monitor CAC, LTV, funnel metrics, and A/B test creatives to optimize performance continuously.
- Partner with influencers, industry associations, and hospitality schools to co-create events, webinars, and referral programs.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Google Analytics
- Meta Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- HubSpot or Mailchimp
- SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush)
- Google Ads
- Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pipedrive)
Preferred
- Experience in Hospitality or EdTech marketing
- familiarity with hospitality KPIs (ADR, RevPAR, GDS)
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
