Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the brand and drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with sales and product development teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports to track effectiveness and ROI.
- Organize promotional events and participate in trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee content creation for marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and social media posts.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the retail or luxury goods sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software.
