About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager with strong experience on the brand side, who understands how to drive campaigns end-to-end and ensure flawless execution. The ideal candidate should have solid command over current marketing strategies, trends, consumer behaviour, and be highly effective in managing teams as well as external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and achieve business objectives.
• Plan and execute 360-degree campaigns (digital, print, social, on-ground activations, influencer collaborations, etc.).
• Manage the overall publication of the monthly Filing Buddy magazine, including content planning, design coordination, production timelines, and distribution.
• Identify and build strategic alliances and partnerships with complementary industries or skill-building platforms to expand reach and create new growth opportunities.
• Lead and guide internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of work.
• Coordinate with external agencies, production partners, freelancers, and vendors to get work executed effectively.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to refine strategies.
• Manage brand communication, ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Track campaign performance and prepare analytical reports with actionable insights.
• Oversee content creation, social media strategy, and brand assets.
• Manage marketing budgets, negotiations, and vendor contracts.
• Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and innovative marketing approaches.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience,managing end-to-end marketing activities.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, consumer behaviour, and current industry trends.
• Proven ability to manage teams, agencies, and vendors efficiently.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience in planning and executing brand campaigns.
• Knowledge of marketing analytics tools and social media platforms.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
