Marketing Manager / Executive

Job Description:

* Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

* Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities

* Manage marketing budgets, ROI, and profitability analysis

* Lead hiring, training, and performance management of marketing & sales teams

* Coordinate with Brand Building & Business Development for product positioning

* Formulate pricing strategies in consultation with top management

* Plan and execute promotions, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns

* Conduct outlet visits and support field teams

* Prepare and submit daily/periodic reports to top management
