Job Description
To support the reporting manager in marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- This is a B2B marketing role for a Solar company. The primary objective is to increase the brand penetration to the target industries through digital and traditional marketing activities.
- This is an initial phase of Marcom activities for Enerparc and the scope will grow over the next years.
- Support reporting manager in gathering requisite data from cross functional teams to prepare monthly calendar for marketing activities.
- Point of contact for the marketing agency hired to handle execution of marketing activities as per agreed timelines.
- Execute Marcom plan to support brand building, lead generation and sales.
- Research about solar and cross industry exhibitions/ seminars where Enerparc can participate. Connect with the exhibitors and drive the discussion and execution along with reporting manager.
- Develop company presentation/ brochures/ collaterals and share periodically updated documents with the BD/ Sales team.
- Support in analyzing the impact of marketing activities and share the results with reporting manager and Head of Department.
Requirements
Key Skills:
- Strong Communication skills and good grasp over verbal and written English.
- Experience in B2B business marketing is required (minimum 3 years).
- Experience in digital and traditional marketing (minimum 3 years).
- Personal attributes: Confident, Creative, Energetic, Detail oriented, team player.
- High energy levels and ability to deliver on the targets assigned.
Key Qualifications
Education: MBA in Marketing/ B Tech/ B E
Experience: 4-5 years
Preferred companies: Preferably from companies in the B2B sector.
