About the Role

Novel Patterns is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth initiatives and strengthen our market presence across enterprise customers. This role will be responsible for developing and executing our website and SEO strategy while driving targeted demand generation programs and delivering high-impact marketing events.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities, using data and customer insights to improve digital engagement, generate qualified pipeline, and enhance brand visibility. This role requires close collaboration with Product, Sales, Leadership, Design, and external partners to build scalable marketing programs that contribute directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Experience, Website Strategy & SEO

Lead the company's digital presence by developing and continuously optimizing the corporate website as the primary marketing and demand generation channel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own the website strategy, governance, and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
  • Manage end-to-end website operations, including content publishing, UX improvements, landing page creation, and product page optimization.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies covering technical SEO, on-page optimization, off-page SEO, backlink strategy, and content optimization.
  • Conduct keyword research based on customer intent, market opportunities, and competitive analysis.
  • Improve website performance through continuous optimization of Core Web Vitals, page speed, indexing, crawlability, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to develop compelling website content, solution pages, customer success stories, blogs, and thought leadership assets.
  • Optimize website conversion journeys using A/B testing, heatmaps, behavioral analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, and SEO platforms.
  • Develop dashboards and executive reports tracking traffic growth, user engagement, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
  • Ensure website compliance with SEO, accessibility, security, and brand standards.

2. Demand Generation & Account-Based Marketing

Support the company's growth objectives by executing integrated marketing programs that generate qualified pipeline.

Responsibilities include:

  • Execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital channels.
  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Develop campaign landing pages, nurture journeys, email campaigns, and digital assets.
  • Manage LinkedIn advertising, search marketing, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to improve lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline conversion.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize programs based on measurable business outcomes.
  • Maintain marketing automation workflows and CRM data quality.

3. Events & Field Marketing

Plan and execute strategic marketing events that strengthen customer engagement and brand visibility.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the planning and execution of webinars, executive roundtables, customer events, partner programs, conferences, and industry exhibitions.
  • Coordinate event communications, logistics, branding, speaker management, and promotional activities.
  • Work with Sales and Product teams to maximize event-generated opportunities.
  • Manage external agencies, vendors, and event partners.
  • Measure event effectiveness using pipeline contribution, engagement, and ROI metrics.
  • Capture post-event insights and integrate learnings into future marketing programs.

Qualifications

  • MBA from a reputed institution with specialization in Marketing or Business Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing within SaaS, Enterprise Software, AI, Technology, Banking Technology, or FinTech organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise websites and driving measurable SEO improvements.
  • Experience supporting demand generation and Account-Based Marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of customer buying journeys and enterprise marketing.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and fast-paced environments.

  • Website Management and Content Management Systems (WordPress or equivalent)
  • Technical SEO and On-page SEO
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Tag Manager
  • SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent SEO platforms
  • Marketing Automation Platforms (HubSpot preferred)
  • CRM Platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot)
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Google Ads
  • Basic HTML/CSS understanding is desirable
