About the Role
The Marketing Manager will execute OEM-led, data-driven marketing initiatives, leveraging digital platforms and data to drive direct, OEM-owned marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Plan and operate advertising/media, owned websites, and creative development with a customer-understanding-first approach.
- Monitor marketing KPIs, ensuring visibility of performance and progress.
- Plan and execute new model launch campaigns, as well as operate and report on monthly campaigns.
- Build and continuously improve the digital marketing foundation and operating model, including processes, tools, and governance to enable scalable execution.
- Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Product, IT, agencies, dealers) to drive OEM-led, data-driven marketing and accelerate decision-making and execution.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in planning, executing, and running PDCA cycles for marketing and campaign initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with advertising/media, owned websites, and creative development and operations, including reporting and performance tracking.
- Proven experience analyzing customer and campaign data and translating insights into improvement actions.
- Experience actively contributing to the improvement of marketing KPIs (e.g., conversion, acquisition, campaign performance).
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with Sales, agencies, and external vendors to drive marketing initiatives.
- Practical experience in mobility, automotive, or B2C industries (preferred).
- A strong Field-oriented mindset, with the ability to create value through on-the-ground understanding and open communication.
- A self-driven team player with strong ownership, initiative, and collaborative leadership.
- Ability to think critically while acting with speed and agility in a fast-paced environment.
- English proficiency required (written and verbal).
