Role Description

The Marketing Manager will lead and execute marketing initiatives to strengthen Dhiman Industries (Regd.) as a premier global brand in confectionery machinery. Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, and coordinating with sales and production teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. The role involves market research, competitor analysis, and identification of new opportunities in domestic and international markets. The Marketing Manager will oversee content creation for brochures, presentations, social media, and trade shows, and maintain relationships with distributors, partners, and clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nakodar. Daily transportation provided from Model Town, Jalandhar to Nakodar Factory.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning, with experience in industrial or B2B markets preferred.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and practices, including social media management, SEO/SEM basics, and email or content marketing.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable marketing plans and measurable objectives.
  • Experience creating marketing collateral such as product brochures, presentations, case studies, and trade show materials.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, including budgeting, timeline management, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or capital equipment industries is highly beneficial; familiarity with global markets is a plus.
