Urgent Hiring: Marketing Manager

Location: New Delhi (B-11, Mahavir Enclave, 3rd Floor – above Gazab Restaurant, near Dashrath Puri Metro Station, Exit Gate 3)

Work Days/Hours: Monday–Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: Up to 50,000/month

Experience: 2-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage & optimize Paid Ad Campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).

Build & execute Retention Marketing strategies (Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Remarketing).

Analyze customer behavior & design campaigns to drive repeat sales.

Daily management of social media platforms (posting, scheduling, engagement).

Client communication & reporting (Strong English communication required).

Collaborate with content/design team for creatives & campaign needs.

Track campaign performance (CTR, ROI, CAC, LTV) & suggest improvements.

Skills We're Looking For:

Hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads.

Knowledge of CRM tools, Email/WhatsApp marketing & Retargeting.

Strong analytical skills & audience segmentation knowledge.

Excellent communication skills – Hindi & English (English must be strong).

Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop is a plus.
