Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Raipur (C.G.). The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends and campaign performance, managing content development, and coordinating with various teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. The Marketing Manager will also handle budget management and strategic alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Marketing Strategy, Campaign Planning, and Market Analysis skills
• Digital Marketing expertise including SEO, SEM, and Social Media strategies
• Content Development, Branding, and Copywriting skills
• Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Data Interpretation skills
• Excellent Leadership, Communication, and Team Collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
• Prior experience in the financial or lending industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience in performance marketing is preferred.
• Strong working experience in fintech domain is a plus. Has worked in Instant Loan / NBFC / Fintech company.
• Must have 2 – 4 years of experience in CRM/Retention/Performance Marketing.
