Position: Marketing Manager Copper

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 510 Years (preferably in Metals/ Copper Industry)

Reporting To: Head Sales & Marketing

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Marketing Manager Copper Division to lead marketing strategy, brand positioning, and business growth for our copper product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B/industrial marketing, strong market understanding, and proven success in driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy for the Copper division aligned with business goals
  • Build brand positioning and market awareness for copper products
  • Identify new market opportunities, business segments, OEMs, distributors, and channel partners
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, pricing trends & demand forecasting
  • Support sales team with lead generation, customer outreach & proposal support
  • Plan and execute digital & traditional marketing campaigns
  • Manage product messaging, brochures, technical content & presentations
  • Strengthen dealer/partner network and drive channel engagement programs
  • Collaborate with production, sales & leadership teams to align market strategy
  • Track performance, analyze ROI and present marketing dashboards/reports
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events & customer meetings

Required Experience & Skills

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in Marketing / Business / Engineering preferred
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in Copper / Metals / Electrical / Industrial / Manufacturing sectors
  • Strong understanding of B2B industrial marketing & supply chain ecosystem
  • Experience in brand building, product positioning & market expansion
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams & senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical, planning & execution abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM & marketing tools
