About the Company:

RoboMQ is a fast-growing SaaS company delivering disruptive Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions to mid-market enterprise customers. Our flagship product, Hire2Retire, automates the employee identity lifecycle by integrating HR systems with Identity Management and other applications helping organizations achieve seamless onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and security with zero-trust and least-privilege security posture.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of total experience in core marketing roles, with a minimum of 4+ years specifically within a B2B SaaS product organization.
  • You possess an elite, proven ability to write persuasive, clear, and engaging copy. You can transform deeply technical SaaS architecture, API integration concepts, and cybersecurity frameworks into compelling stories, values, and business impacts.
  • Strong educational background with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related technical field.
  • Demonstrated success owning the content calendar, product launch messaging, and organic distribution channels that directly generate qualified enterprise pipeline.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a razor-sharp eye for editorial standards, tone of voice, and storytelling.
  • Deep familiarity with modern B2B SaaS growth tactics, SEO strategies, and product-led or sales-led marketing funnels.

Responsibilities:

  • Core Messaging & Copywriting: Own the complete narrative for RoboMQ and its flagship product, Hire2Retire. Write high-converting website copy, landing pages, product launch announcements, deep-dive whitepapers, and customer case studies.
  • Content Strategy & Authority: Research, pitch, and craft authoritative thought-leadership content regarding identity management, HR workflows, cybersecurity compliance, and zero-trust frameworks.
  • Product Marketing Enablement: Collaborate with product and sales teams to build high-impact sales collateral, feature one-pagers, email sequences, and presentations that clearly articulate product value to technical buyers and HR executives.
  • Inbound & SEO Drive: Design and execute a content-led SEO strategy. Perform keyword research, structure high-intent content clusters, and continuously optimize existing web assets to rank for critical enterprise search terms.
  • Social Media & Brand Voice: Manage RoboMQ's professional social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter), transforming technical updates or company milestones into engaging, brand-building posts.
  • Campaign & Lifecycle Copy: Write targeted nurture campaigns, product newsletters, and cold outreach copy that resonates with mid-market enterprise decision-makers.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key content metrics (organic traffic, time-on-page, conversion rates, and lead quality) to iteratively refine the messaging strategy based on data.

Key Skills [Must have]

  • Elite Copywriting & Editorial Skills: Flawless long-form and short-form writing capabilities spanning technical blogs, web copy, thought leadership, and product marketing materials.
  • B2B SaaS Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of how B2B SaaS platforms scale, including key metrics (CAC, LTV, ARR), buyer personas, and multi-touch user journeys.
  • SEO Mastery: Practical, hands-on experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console to plan and track search ranking strategies.
  • CMS & Content Tools: Experience managing and publishing via WordPress, HubSpot, Webflow, or similar content platforms.
  • Email Marketing & Automation: Hands-on experience drafting and running automation workflows in platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
  • Basic Analytics: Strong comfort using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to trace marketing impact back to organic content.
  • Visual Sense: Familiarity with design collaboration tools (Canva, Figma) to seamlessly guide graphic designers on visual assets matching your copy.

Additional Skills [Good to have]

  • Basic PR & Media Relations: Experience pitching stories to tech publications or managing distribution via wire services.
  • AI Tool Orchestration: Skill in using modern AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude) efficiently—not for generic outputs, but for scaling research, outlines, and brainstorming alternative angles.
  • Video/Audio Scripting: Experience writing engaging scripts for product walkthroughs, explainer animations, or SaaS podcasts.
