• Translate strategy into clear tasks, timelines, and deliverables

• Manage and drive a cross-functional team (SEO, Content, Design, Web)

• Ensure timely delivery with strong focus on quality and consistency

• Track performance, remove bottlenecks, and keep everything on track

• Align content, SEO, and web teams for campaign success

• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and execution speed

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS / Pharma / Healthcare marketing

• Strong team management and execution ownership experience

• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines

• Solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO, content, and lead generation

• Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and analytics platforms

• Proven track record of delivering campaigns with measurable outcomes
