Job Overview
Chai Nagri Creations is looking for a highly driven Head of Marketing to lead brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue-driving strategies. This role goes beyond branding—you will be directly responsible for scaling the business through impactful marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute aggressive marketing strategies aligned with revenue and expansion goals
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and repeat business across all outlets
- Plan and manage high-performance campaigns (digital, offline, influencer, and on-ground activations)
- Own brand positioning and ensure strong, consistent visibility across all platforms
- Track, analyze, and optimize ROI, CAC, LTV, and key performance metrics
- Identify and unlock new growth opportunities, including local marketing, partnerships, and collaborations
- Work closely with operations to boost outlet-level revenue and footfall
- Lead, mentor, and scale the marketing team for high performance
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the category
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, QSR, or retail
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand building
- Proven track record of driving business growth through marketing initiatives
- Experience in campaign planning, execution, and scaling
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and execution ability
