About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Manager who can build brand and drive demand through content, social media, and YouTube.
This is not a traditional city marketing role — you will make upGrad Learning Centres visible, aspirational, and lead-generating across digital and on-ground channels.
What You'll Own
Brand & Content
- Build a youth-first brand identity
- Create content narratives around careers, skills, and outcomes
Social Media (Instagram-first)
- Drive Reels-led growth and engagement
- Build content → lead → walk-in funnels
YouTube Growth
- Scale YouTube as an organic demand engine
- Create formats: career content, student stories, faculty-led videos
Demand Generation
- Convert digital traction into walk-ins and enrolments
- Drive events, workshops, and campus activations
Performance & Execution
- Track leads, CPL, walk-ins, conversions
- Work with teams/agencies to ensure fast execution
Who You Are
- 4–7 years in marketing (EdTech / consumer preferred)
- Strong in social media + content-led growth
- Experience with YouTube strategy/execution
- Data-driven with high ownership and speed
- Bonus If You Have
- Built or scaled a YouTube channel or Instagram page
- Experience with creator/influencer collaborations
- Exposure to offline + online integrated campaigns
