Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Marketing Manager will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to strengthen Bontrue's brand presence in premium residential furniture segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and managing campaigns across digital and offline channels, coordinating with creative teams on content and visual assets, and overseeing social media, website updates, and email marketing. The role also involves analyzing market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance data to optimize marketing initiatives and support sales objectives. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with sales, product, and showroom teams to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and in-store traffic, while ensuring all communications reflect Bontrue's design-focused and customer-centric identity.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing management, brand building, and campaign execution, ideally in premium lifestyle, design, furniture, or related industries.
  • Strong skills in digital marketing, including social media management, SEO/SEM coordination, performance tracking, and basic analytics interpretation.
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies and plans, including budgeting, calendar management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience with content planning and coordination for websites, emails, and marketing collateral, in collaboration with designers and writers.
  • Competence in market research, competitor analysis, and interpreting customer insights to guide marketing decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of aesthetics and brand storytelling.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, basic design or presentation tools, and reporting dashboards is beneficial.
  • Interest in design, interiors, and contemporary lifestyle trends, with a customer-centric and inclusive approach to marketing.
