OverviewThe Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role involves overseeing all digital channelsincluding social media, email, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and paid advertisingto ensure cohesive brand communication and measurable business growth. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and experienced in leveraging digital tools and analytics to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
Marketing Research & Analytics
Understand company vision and brand positioning
Research strategies of brands akin to the company vision and present the narrative of brands
Perform analysis on data to map buyer persona which serves as feedback loop for targeted Social Media Campaigns.
Map out evaluation of customer profile and preference over the years.
Research to optimize the understanding of buyer's psychology
Keep abreast with relevant competitor details including price movements, key trends and market dynamics
Network effectively with peer teams and industry contacts to stay updated on key trends, developments, market dynamics and potential business opportunities.
Liaison with various departments to get deeper product knowledge.
Identify Key parameters to evaluate offline and online efforts.
Creating reports on efficacies on Social Media campaigns and PR related activities.
Marketing Strategy
Ideate all off-line and online marketing initiatives are as per company goals and objectives - both financially and the brand proposition.
Create annual and quarterly and monthly strategy for content and usage of tools of lead generation
Content Development
Collaborate with internal & external team to create high-quality marketing resources like Catalogues, Infographics, Datasheets, Presentations, Product Pictures & Videos, Product Packing Materials, Brand Merchandise, Website and Email templates, Pay Per Click Campaigns, Signages, Blogs, Newsletters, Trade show collateral, e-books, case studies, as needed
Collaborate with internal team to create posts on social media
Plan the launch of various marketing initiatives as per sales requirements
Website Management
Coordinate with relevant vendors for building and maintaining the website
Coordinate with relevant vendors for building and maintain the website
Creating content for the website
Manage website and present new ideas to improve our website experience for prospects, leads, and customers.
Social Media Management
Ensure company's social media profiles are updated as per the calender Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and additional relevant channels blogs, podcasts etc.
Ensure audience responding on social media posts are responded to
Meet targets of likes, shares and followers by using relevant on page and off page optimization tools
Lead Generation
1.Events
Identify and/or conceptualize events that will be suitable for the growth of the company
Plan and coordinate event participation with internal and external teams.
Consolidate Data received from events
Track, measure, and analyse all initiatives to report on Event ROI.
2.Email Marketing
Come up with new initiatives to create a comprehensive funnel - including email subscribers
Maintain and update customer database on regular basis.
Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends.
3.Influencer MarketingIdentify relevant influencers for the brand
Coordinate with them to invite them to collective
Manage the influencer on-boarding process
4.Digital MarketingUse on page and off page SEO tools, optimise google adwords and define keywords to increase relevant traffic on the website
Use paid marketing initiatives like SEM, Ad-words, etc to generate leads
Initiate and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports.
5.PR & AdvertisingIdentify opportunities for PR engagements
Identify platforms where we can advertise
Co-ordinate to execute the same
Ensure our work gets sufficient media coverage as per budgets
