Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Growth Marketing Manager (5-6 years of experience) to lead demand generation and digital marketing initiatives for a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform. This role has a primary focus on the US market, targeting enterprise and mid-market segments across American industries. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the US B2B SaaS landscape, buyer behavior, and competitive dynamics to build and execute scalable marketing strategies that drive qualified leads, strengthen market positioning, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

This role requires a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable with hands-on execution and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns targeted at US-based enterprise and mid-market audiences, across digital channels including LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and content syndication.

Build and manage US-specific go-to-market campaigns, aligning messaging with regional buying trends, competitive positioning, and industry verticals prevalent in the American market.

Optimize website performance and conversion funnels to increase demo requests and marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), with a focus on driving pipeline from US accounts.

Define and refine product positioning and messaging tailored to US enterprise and mid-market buyers, incorporating regional nuances and industry pain points.

Lead content initiatives such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, and webinars designed to resonate with North American audiences and support inbound marketing efforts.

Monitor, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics including CPL, CAC, ROI, and pipeline contribution, with regular reporting on US market performance and growth opportunities.

Collaborate closely with US-facing Sales and Product teams to align marketing strategies with go-to-market objectives and revenue targets across American geographies.

Manage marketing automation workflows and CRM systems to ensure effective lead nurturing, tracking, and segmentation of US prospects and accounts.

Stay current on US market trends, competitor activity, and evolving buyer personas within the SaaS industry to continuously refine campaign strategy.

Qualifications

5-6 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in B2B SaaS marketing.

Demonstrated experience running demand generation and performance marketing campaigns targeting US markets, ideally within SaaS, tech, or related industries.

Proven experience in demand generation, performance marketing, and inbound lead acquisition.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.).

Familiarity with US-based media channels, industry events, analyst ecosystems (e.g., G2, Gartner, Forrester), and B2B buying cycles is a strong advantage.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content tailored to American business audiences.

Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, including coordination across time zones with global teams where applicable.

Educational Qualifications

MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution (preferred).

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline (mandatory).

Professional certifications such as Google Ads Certification, Google Analytics Certification, HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification, or equivalent are highly preferred.
