We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can own and scale outbound growth, while contributing to broader marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on building high-performing lead generation systems.
Role OverviewThis role is primarily focused on outbound marketing and lead generation.
We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can own outbound growth, from strategy to execution, across platforms like LinkedIn, cold email, and other acquisition channels.
At the same time, this role is ideal for an all-rounder, someone who understands marketing beyond a single channel and can contribute across strategy, messaging, and growth.

Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute outbound marketing strategies (LinkedIn, cold email, etc.) to generate qualified leads
- Write high-converting outreach messages, sequences, and campaigns
- Build and optimize lead generation funnels with a strong focus on conversion
- Take end-to-end ownership of campaigns, from ideation to execution and performance tracking
- Continuously test new tools, workflows, and strategies to improve results
- Collaborate with design/content teams for campaign assets
- Track, analyze, and improve performance using data and insights
Key Requirements- 13 years of experience in B2B marketing / lead generation / outbound marketing
- Strong copywriting and sales messaging skills
- Ability to execute independently with a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable with experimentation, iteration, and fast-paced work
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, cold email, or similar channels
- Working knowledge of outbound and lead generation tools such as Apollo, Clay, Phantombuster, HubSpot, or similar platforms
Additional Skills- Exposure to D2C marketing, performance marketing, or brand strategy
- Experience with Meta/Google Ads or organic growth channels
- Understanding of full-funnel marketing (awareness to conversion)
