Job Description

Amadora is a premium artisanal ice cream brand that blends innovation, quality, and nostalgia to create unforgettable experiences. With a strong presence across multiple cities, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee all in-store and digital marketing efforts and drive brand engagement through strategic events and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities1. Brand & Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to strengthen Amadora's brand presence.
  • Lead in-store and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring a seamless omnichannel brand experience.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives and sales goals.
2. Digital Marketing & Content Strategy
  • Oversee all social media accounts, ensuring engaging and high-quality content that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Plan and execute Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads campaigns to increase footfall and online sales.
  • Work with designers and content creators to develop visually appealing and brand-aligned content.
  • Manage influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and digital PR efforts.
  • Optimize Amadora's presence on food delivery platforms like Swiggy and Zomato.
3. In-Store Marketing & Customer Engagement
  • Design and implement store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches to boost sales.
  • Ensure effective merchandising, signage, and store displays to enhance customer experience.
  • Work closely with operations to create in-store activations that drive repeat business.
4. Event Management & Partnerships
  • Identify and manage events, food festivals, pop-ups, and collaborations that align with Amadora's brand.
  • Organize brand-led events, product samplings, and sponsorships to increase brand exposure.
  • Build strategic partnerships with restaurants, hotels, and lifestyle brands for co-branded campaigns.
5. Customer Loyalty & Community Building
  • Develop and oversee customer loyalty programs and referral campaigns.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement data-driven marketing strategies to improve retention.
  • Engage with Amadora's community both online and offline to build a strong customer base.
6. Analytics & Performance Tracking
  • Track key marketing KPIs, ROI, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Use insights from Google Analytics, social media analytics, and POS data to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and suggest areas for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital marketing, preferably in the QSR, F&B, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong experience in social media, digital advertising, influencer marketing, and content creation.
  • Event planning experience, with a track record of executing successful brand activations.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media analytics tools.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, branding, and customer engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
