Job Description

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager Sales to join our team, specializing in Agro Emulsifiers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving new business development, demonstrating technical sales expertise, and maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships. The role requires a target-oriented approach, excellent knowledge of the Agrochemical industry, and a deep understanding of the Agrochemical market.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Account Management:

Build and nurture strong relationships with major agrochemical accounts.

Ensure compliance with the Total Business Line (TBL) strategy while managing these accounts.

Develop strategies for account growth and customer satisfaction.

New Business Development:

Identify new product opportunities through interactions with both new and existing customers.

Conduct market research and analysis to assess the viability of new product development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and production, to bring new products to market.

Technical Sales Ability:

Understand customers specific needs and requirements.

Provide technical solutions and recommendations to customers based on their needs.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the delivery of effective solutions.

Internal Stakeholder Interaction:

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including production, R&D, and other relevant departments.

Communicate effectively with various levels of senior management within the organization.

Ensure alignment of sales strategies with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Target-Oriented Approach and Industry Knowledge:

Set and achieve sales targets while maintaining a customer-centric focus.

Leverage existing contacts within the Agrochemical industry to foster growth.

Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
