Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager Media Ad Sales role based in Delhi. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new advertisers, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and managing the full ad sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Daily tasks include developing sales pitches and proposals, coordinating with editorial and design teams to create effective ad placements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in advertising sales, media sales, or marketing management, preferably in print or digital publishing.
• Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and presentations, with the ability to communicate value propositions clearly.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and develop sales strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment, manage multiple accounts and meet revenue targets under deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant professional certifications or training in sales or media marketing are a plus.
• Prior experience in news, magazine, or digital content organizations is highly desirable.
