You'll work alongside a diverse group of 180+ consultants with a deep specialism in international markets, market expansion strategy and cross-border business development. We're focused on the technologies and ideas that are helping to solve the world's biggest environmental, social and economic challenges. And we're now growing our team in India, looking for an experienced content creator to join our growing global marketing team on a full-time basis. What you'll be doing

You'll be working with our in-house specialists and external collaborators to develop and manage an ongoing series of industry news and thought leadership pieces aimed at international companies looking to grow their global footprint.

Our content is deeply researched and meticulously written to position ourselves as trustworthy international business development experts who can help growing companies tackle any and all market expansion challenges.

As part of the team, you'll be supporting the content development pipeline under the direction of the Global Head of Marketing and the Head of Content, and alongside collaborators across Asia, Europe and North America.

You'll be collaborating closely with a vast network of Intralink's country and sector specialists to develop insight-driven articles, social media content, webinar materials and data-backed visual storytelling formats. You'll be a part of a thought leadership team and, as such, while the domain expertise may come from someone else, your job will be to turn their knowledge and insights into relatable (and clickable!) narratives to be shared with the world.

As part of a nimble team, you'll also play a hands-on role in innovating how we create and share content – from helping to plan the content pipeline to recommending tools and processes to make it more efficient and effective.

Additionally, as the local extension of our global marketing team, you'll occasionally play a part in India-specific marketing activities, such as helping run events or supporting India-inbound client research initiatives.

What you'll need

  • Native-like level of English, written and spoken
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, journalism, communication or a related field, from a reputed institution
  • 10+ years of experience writing and editing content in a commercial setting, with a portfolio to show
  • Strong project management, communications and organisational skills – to manage multiple workflows at varying stages and priority levels, often across multiple time zones and on tight turnaround deadlines
  • Solid understanding of international business and technology
  • High proficiency with MS Office suite
  • Familiarity with AI-based creative work aid tools – but not reliance on them!
  • Nice-to-have: proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator/Premier Pro
  • A perfectionist mindset
