Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive marketing across 360 ONE Capital's three core lines of business — Investment Banking (IB), Institutional Broking, and Institutional Research.

This role requires a strong understanding of financial services marketing, the ability to work with senior stakeholders, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business-aligned marketing

  • Develop and execute marketing plans aligned to IB, and broking, and institutional research priorities
  • Build sector-led and deal-led narratives for client communication – client comms, thought-leadership publications, IPs, website communications and social media narratives
  • Support deal visibility, credentials, and franchise positioning

2. Content & communication

  • Create high-quality content including pitch decks, reports, and digital assets
  • Work closely with research and deal teams to translate insights and business updates, into sharp communication
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and positioning

3. Institutional brand building

  • Strengthen brand presence among institutional investors, corporates, and market participants
  • Support participation in industry forums, conferences, and investor events
  • Drive thought leadership in relevant sectors

4. Stakeholder management

  • Work closely with senior leadership, business heads, and the founder's office
  • Collaborate across teams including sales, research, compliance, and corporate communications
  • Manage external partners/agencies where relevant

5. Execution excellence

  • Own end-to-end execution of campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain high standards of quality, speed, and attention to detail

Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in investment banking, institutional equities, capital markets, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of capital markets and institutional audiences
  • Strong writing and communication skills with a sharp sense of brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and operate with senior teams
  • Strong analytical capabilities—fluent in metrics, insights, and data-driven storytelling.
  • High ownership, agility, and execution focus
