We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead to join our team in the [specific industry or product area]. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Frame annual marketing calendar in line with business objectives.
- Create, plan, and develop TV commercials (TVC), print, and FM plans for Bangladesh.
- Build marketing communications (MARCOM).
- Frame go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
- Work closely with the Sales and Product Marketing Team to develop and manage promotional planning and execution.
- Collaborate with creative teams, internal stakeholders, and advertising agencies/vendors to create campaigns and print collaterals.
- Handle trade marketing for Bangladesh.
- Plan and execute below-the-line (BTL) activities, including signages, outdoor advertising, and print collaterals.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Plan, drive, and execute promotions for e-commerce and social media platforms.
- Drive e-commerce initiatives through search engine optimization (SEO) and social media optimization (SMO).
- Manage the in-house photography team to create world-class advertising materials, including stills, videos, website images, and packaging design.
- Conduct market studies to understand customer behavior, forecast industry preferences, and support strategic planning.
- Drive performance marketing (PMS) for ROI-based digital campaigns.
- Oversee video creation, photography, digital marketing, and media planning.
