Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Lead

Location: Gurgaon (WFO)

Experience: 10+ years

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Lead to spearhead our brand, product, and demand-generation efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance data-driven decision-making with creative campaigns to drive growth, awareness, and customer engagement. The Marketing Lead will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to shape and execute our marketing roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Demand Generation & Growth

  • Drive lead generation through digital marketing, hands-on SEO, PPC (Google Ads, paid social), content marketing, social media, and events.
  • Own and execute SEO strategy end-to-end, including on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and performance tracking.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC and paid media campaigns to drive qualified traffic and measurable ROI.
  • Build scalable, performance-driven campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Partner with sales to ensure alignment on pipeline growth and lead quality.

2.Brand, PR & Communications

  • Strengthen the company's brand presence across online and offline channels.
  • Own PR strategy and media relations, including press releases, external communications, and brand reputation management.
  • Drive thought leadership, employer branding, and external communications initiatives.
  • Lead content marketing strategy, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, website content, and campaign messaging.
  • Create compelling storytelling around product value, company vision, and customer success stories.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, or product-driven companies.
  • Strong hands-on experience in SEO, PPC, performance marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proven track record in demand generation, digital campaigns, brand management, and PR handling.
  • Deep understanding of marketing analytics, conversion optimization, and campaign performance measurement.
  • Experience in leading and scaling a marketing team.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Exposure to AI, SaaS, or B2B product ecosystems.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
  • Prior startup or scale-up experience.
