Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement innovative brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring cost-effective campaigns.
Customer Engagement & Loyalty Programs:
- Develop and execute customer cohort strategies for targeted engagement.
- Regularly interact with customers through personalized communication, feedback, and loyalty initiatives.
Community Building & Store Engagement Events:
- Organize and oversee community-building initiatives such as community-run events, yoga sessions, and in-store training programs to foster a sense of community around store catchments.
- Drive engagement efforts to build local brand affinity and strengthen community relationships.
Marketing KPIs & Store Performance Management:
- Monitor and analyze key marketing KPIs including store footfall, repeat customer rate, customer lapsers, conversion rates, and average transaction value.
- Develop strategies to improve these metrics, ensuring sustained store growth and customer retention.
- Collaborate with retail/operations teams on promotional activities and store events.
Product Launches & Promotions:
- Coordinate product launches and promotional activities in collaboration with sales and product teams.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Lead initiatives to continuously improve the in-store customer experience, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and personalized shopping journey.
- Gather customer feedback and work cross-functionally to implement improvements in store environment, service quality, and overall satisfaction.
Content/Creative Development:
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
- Manage content calendar and ensure brand consistency.
Vendors & Partner Coordination:
- Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute campaigns effectively.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, design, B&M, and other departments.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of brand marketing, planning, and retail KPIs (footfall, LTV, lapsers, etc.)
- Experience in customer journey mapping, cohort analysis, and engagement strategies.
- Ability to analyze multiple store performance metrics and develop targeted growth strategies.
