Key Responsibilities

Our Marketing Lead will own the end-to-end marketing strategy from building brand awareness among high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) to driving qualified leads for our luxury residential projects. This role involves leading a cross-functional team, managing budgets, driving digital and brand campaigns, and working closely with sales, design, and leadership to ensure consistent brand positioning across every touchpoint.

  • Set specific marketing goals and KPIs aligned with project launches and business targets
  • Plan and track Marketing budgets for the function
  • Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
  • Develop digital campaigns to increase business metrics
  • Analyze sales and marketing metrics
  • Research market to identify new opportunities
  • Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
  • Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
  • Increase brand awareness and generate maximum leads and visibility through conventional and unconventional ways.
  • Work closely with various teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Find methods to boost SEO and website reach organically.
  • Establish a strong, long-term web presence
  • Manage PR activities, coverage, channel partner relationships and media relationships with luxury and lifestyle publications
  • Lead marketing for luxury residential project launches, including experiential events and site activations
  • Drive HNI-focused lead generation through CRM-led nurturing, paid campaigns, and retargeting
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team of 4–7 professionals; report performance to leadership

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Head of Marketing, preferably in luxury real estate or a premium consumer brand
  • Demonstrable experience with integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels
  • Strong command of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing platforms
  • Proficiency with analytics and MarTech tools: Google Analytics, CRM platforms, or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of web design principles and UX best practices
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with strong strategic thinking and comfort with ambiguity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for premium brand tone
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and budget optimisation

Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
  • 8–12 years in marketing, with 3+ years in a leadership role and 4–5 years in performance marketing
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling a marketing team; prior luxury real estate experience is a strong advantage
