Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist based in Kolkata.

The specialist will be responsible for generating qualified B2B leads, executing marketing strategies for software development services, supporting sales closure, and assisting with client onboarding.

The role involves market research, campaign planning, digital outreach, lead nurturing, and close collaboration with the sales and delivery teams to drive consistent and measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute B2B lead generation strategies for software and IT services
  • Conduct market research to identify target industries, decision-makers, and growth opportunities
  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn outreach, digital campaigns, email marketing, and outbound activities
  • Nurture prospects and work closely with the sales team to convert leads into closed deals
  • Maintain and manage lead data, CRM records, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Support client onboarding post-deal closure to ensure smooth transition and engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proven experience in marketing strategy, market research, and lead generation
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to convert prospects into business opportunities
  • Experience in B2B, IT, or software services marketing is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, on-site environment
