A Launch Ventures client is building an AI-driven education platform for personalized learning and is looking for a Marketing Lead to join at a founding stage. This role offers the opportunity to define the brand, drive growth, and work closely with senior leadership as the company scales.
Role Overview
Own the end-to-end marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels. You'll lead performance marketing, social media, PR (including funding announcements), and analytics to drive user acquisition and brand credibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid, email, social).
- Create engaging social media content (reels, short videos, graphics, copy).
- Manage and optimize media budgets to improve ROI and CPA.
- Lead PR & communications, including press releases and funding-round messaging.
- Track KPIs, analyze performance, and iterate strategies.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams.
- Mentor and guide the marketing function as the company grows.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of performance marketing experience (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Strong social media content creation skills and hands-on with tools like Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop Etc..
- Experience managing marketing budgets and ROI.
- Hands-on experience with PR and media communications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Startup or early-stage experience.
- Exposure to AI or EdTech.
- Certifications (Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with HubSpot, GA, Mixpanel, etc.
