Marketing Lead

Job Purpose:

Marketing will be responsible for designing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive lead generation, and support sales objectives for the company's real estate projects. The role requires expertise in both traditional and digital marketing platforms (ATL & BTL), while ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with real estate regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns for residential, commercial, and retail projects.

Strategize and oversee ATL (TV, Radio, Print, Outdoor, Cinema) and BTL (events, activations, exhibitions, on-site branding, roadshows) activities.

Manage brand positioning, corporate identity, and market communication.

Collaborate with sales and CRM teams to align marketing strategies with revenue goals.

Supervise digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, paid ads) for maximum ROI.

Plan and execute offline activities such as events, exhibitions, site branding, and promotional activities.

Build and maintain vendor relationships with advertising agencies, creative firms, and media houses.

Monitor and analyze marketing metrics (leads, traffic, conversion rates) to assess effectiveness.

Ensure marketing collaterals, brochures, project videos, and digital creatives are updated and aligned with project USPs.

Prepare annual marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective spending.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Expertise in digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, analytics tools).
