Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Support planning and execution of field marketing events, including industry conferences, trade shows, roundtables, and hosted webinars.
- Coordinate event logistics — vendor communication, booth setup, collateral shipping, attendee registration, and post-event follow-up.
- Assist in building and managing event calendars across key verticals such as BFSI, insurance, healthcare, and telecom.
- Work with the sales team to align field events with pipeline goals — tracking leads generated and opportunities influenced.
- Create pre-event and post-event communication sequences including email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, and recap summaries.
- Support partner marketing activations - co-branded events, joint webinars, and ecosystem meetups.
- Help develop event-specific marketing collateral including banners, handouts, speaker briefs, and attendee kits.
- Track and report on field event ROI - attendance, MQLs generated, deals influenced, and brand reach.
- Support community-building initiatives including developer meetups, CXO roundtables, and Voice AI awareness programs.
- Maintain the field marketing calendar and ensure internal teams are aligned on upcoming activations.
