- Test mobile application features and functionalities across different user scenarios.
- Provide detailed feedback on app usability, navigation, and user experience.
- Submit daily reports on testing activities and findings.
- Identify bugs, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct competitor app research and benchmark user experiences.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to enhance user engagement.
- Prepare reports and recommendations based on testing outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records using MS Excel and Google Docs
